It's been far too long since I took a wee run down to glorious Palnackie but if you've been waiting for a local workshop, it's here!

10am-4pm
Palnackie Village Hall, Palnackie
Kick off the new year with my absolute favourite medium - OILS!
We'll be working in oils, painting a local landscape using glorious buttery oils - brushes, hands and finally palette knives.
The day will be filled with demos, hands-on 121 time and guidance if you prefer to work from your own photographs.
We'll be working 'alla prima' - in one sitting - you'll go home with a (wet) finished painting filled with life and lovely texture.
This workshop is more suited to those who have dabbled in art, and beyond. So if you've never tried oils, or are terrified to use them, or just can't get the hang of them - this workshop is perfect for you.
Top up with caffeine and sugar throughout the day as and when you need. You're welcome to bring a packed lunch or join us in the local cafe for a light bite.
We will be working in OIL PAINT AND TURPS - this is not suitable for acrylics.
