Get ready to throw hesitation out the window and dive into a full day of fearless floral painting. This isn’t about delicate little petals—it’s about big, expressive, unapologetic blooms, capturing energy, movement, and colour in a way that’s uniquely yours.
We’ll be working large-scale, on big boards, on easels, splashing, layering, and making marks with inks, mixed media, and water-based paints. We'll kick off with big, bold, fast drawings to loosen up, then working on large boards, build layers of colour, texture, and dynamic composition to create a floral masterpiece—whether that’s loosely representational or totally abstract is up to you.
In an exciting new venue - The Barony Centre, West Kilbride— a stunning converted church with soaring light-filled spaces and quirky character. Our studio for the day overlooks this incredible space, setting the tone for a day of fearless creativity.
