Storm in a Seascape - oil painting workshop

Fancy dipping your toes into oil painting? Or just love the idea of capturing the magic of the west coast? 

And we're going to be using the all-new WATER MIXABLE OILS!!! So no solvents

Join me for a relaxed and creative 3-hour workshop where we’ll be painting everyone’s favourite — the Isle of Arran — in a dramatic, stormy west coast seascape.

NO experience required - suitable for Beginners!

Here’s what you’ll love about this workshop

• Paint a dramatic, atmospheric seascape featuring the iconic Isle of Arran on the horizon.
• Take home afinished oil painting you’ll be proud to show off.
• Enjoy step-by-step guidance designed to build your confidence and spark creativity (you'll be converted to oils!)
• All materials are included, so just show up ready to paint!
• Enjoy the banter of a lovely group of like-minded artists over tea/coffee and biscuits.

We'll be working with spray paint and water mixable oil paint on a stretched canvas.

This workshop is suitable beginners and anyone who's never used oil paint but would love to try - full step by step guidance given.

Includes: Tea/coffee, refreshments and ALL materials

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:

• A 2" emulsion brush (any other brushes you have, if not, no probs, I will have enough)
  
• A tub or jar for water
• Baby wipes and rags (chopped up old t-shirt is perfect)
• A mug
• Please wear old clothes or bring an apron - things can get messy ;)
